The Academy operates through well-equipped, community-based training facilities established by rehabilitating abandoned schools in remote rural areas.<\/p>\n
These schools are transformed into fully functional agricultural training centres, with surrounding land utilized for hands-on farming activities which will empower the community especially the youth and everyone interested in these empowering initiatives.<\/p>\n
